Whilst we cannot give a comprehensive fee structure as all our clients needs are different the following price structure represents a realistic guide.

All prices include online filing of tax returns and companies house forms.

PRICING POLICY

COMPANY FORMATIONS from £100

CORPORATION TAX RETURN (CT600) from £150

ANNUAL RETURNS from £25

END OF YEAR FINANCIAL STATEMENTS (including ABBREVIATED ACCOUNTS) from £475

VAT, BOOK-KEEPING, PAYROLL* and SECRETARIAL PACKAGE from £300 per quarter

Simply supply all your invoices, receipts, till rolls, petty cash dockets, bank statements etc, and we do the rest. Service includes:

• All day to day book-keeping and accountancy

• Maintaining Statutory Registers 

• VAT Returns produced on a quarterly or annual basis

• Dividend minutes and vouchers

• Companies House filing

• Directors remuneration calculations (PAYE and benefits in kind)*

• Expert advice to minimise tax liabilities

• Accountancy and management reports produced on request

* Directors only.  This service does not include non-director payroll runs (see payroll).
