Payroll Services

We provide a computerised payroll service, whilst we prefer to email pay slips, we can hand deliver pay slips and payroll analysis sheets to your premises. 

Clients must provide details of new starters, leavers, employee hours, etc, by 12pm Thursday of each week in order to guarantee delivery.  Information can be supplied either by telephone (01493 656781) or by email to jamesbool@accountingequations.co.uk.

Pay slips and payroll summary documents will normally be supplied the same or next day.

PRICING POLICY

INITIAL SET UP

£30.00 set up cost fee

PAYROLL PROCESSING CHARGES

One to four employees

1 to 2 employees £ 5.00 per run

3 to 4 employees £ 10.00 per run

Five employees and over

Each additional employee charged at £1.00 plus a £10.00 fixed charge

Example: if you have 8 employees to process -

Fixed charge of £10.00 plus 8 employees at £1.00  = Total charge of £18.00

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Starters and Leavers

When an employee starts an additional one off charge of £2.00 per employee will apply

When an employee leaves an additional one off charge of  £2.00 per employee will apply

ANNUAL CHARGES FOR YEAR END SUBMISSIONS

PAYE annual return (P35 and P14's / P60's) £ 50.00
